About the position

As a recruitment specialist, you own your recruitment processes from start to finish. You are the cohesive link throughout all steps of the recruitment process and lead the process through both the planning phase and execution phase. You work closely with the hiring manager and share the execution of the various elements in the recruitment process with the hiring manager and the unit's employees.

We see that you have good experience in supporting managers in recruitment work and can adapt your support as a recruitment specialist according to needs. The role includes everything from;

  • Kick-off meetings
  • Advertisement work
  • Selection work
  • Competency-based interviews
  • Reference checks

Svenska kraftnät has grown significantly in recent years and continues to be in a strong growth phase, and we need you who have good experience in recruitment at a qualified level to keep up with our growth rate and achieve our common goals.

You will have the opportunity to develop within the recruitment field and be part of our ongoing HR digitization program, where we will work in the coming years to ensure quality and streamline our processes as well as implement new systems.

As a recruiter, you belong to the unit Recruit and Attract, which is responsible for recruitment and Employer Branding. We consist of 20 employees of different ages and backgrounds. The unit's mission is to be management support during recruitment, to support managers continuously throughout the entire recruitment process.

About you

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who finds it easy to collaborate and enjoys working together with others to achieve common goals. You contribute to a good work climate and are a responsive and engaged colleague. You are structured and have the ability to plan and organize your work effectively, even when the pace is high.

As a person, you are stable and secure, and maintain calm in challenging situations. You have good self-awareness and handle changes with a solution-focused approach. To be successful in this role, you take responsibility for your tasks and work purposefully to achieve set goals.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. You should also adhere to the state value framework.

Furthermore, you have a degree in human resources and/or behavioral science. You also have;

  • Several years of experience in competency-based recruitment processes within infrastructure, electricity, and energy sectors for roles such as technical specialists or project managers.
  • Experience in independently driving, executing, and leading recruitment at a qualified level, management recruitment, and specialist recruitment.
  • Good experience and understanding of state recruitment (merit and skill) and the state value framework.
  • Good experience in documentation during recruitment processes.
  • Experience in leading external recruitment suppliers (as a client).
  • Good experience in administration and systems.
  • Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

We consider it an advantage if you have experience working in a growth organization.
